A Morning That Everyone Loves!

         Hi Guys!!!, So people are planning something for the rainy season I guess. Why shouldn't they, as its an awesome period everyone is waiting for. But I woke up to beautiful, sunny sky today.It has only a few hours we got up and I cant believe I am seeing grey sky, and great temperature. I guess today is end of hot weather streak. It looks like it will be raining today, so I guess i will not be going out today. How has the weather been in your neck of the woods, Its looking and feeling awesome!

                 
          The Sun is shining, there are big puffy clouds up in the sky and there is a gorgeous breeze coming through the apartment that just makes me feel good! And with the coming weekend, I have made a big promise to myself, less TV, movies, internet etc. and plan for picnic with friends and family. My eyes need different exercise. I am in the midst of sitting and enjoy the weather.

          Its an odd sort of a day. the dark clouds have been hanging low in the sky. So much darkness around that one wouldn't believe that its an afternoon. It seems so easy to give in to the darkness that has outside looks so alive, dancing to the rhythm awesome city and swaying to the melody of the wind. I would prefer to be in home and have hot Bhajiyas that my sweet wife will make for me! Enjoy Folks!

10 Weird Things People do after getting DRUNK!!!

Hey Folks, welcome again!!! In my last blog I just made you emotional :P. But you will find this blog very interesting because its on DRINKING :P,

Now a days drinking is supposed to be very cool thing , people think it shows status(what the crap). I have seen people doing many weird things after getting drunk. So I have listed some them that I have observed the most.

1. Playing with Animals:

I have seen people playing with animals after drinking and they literally talk to them. Some people try to lift them and flirt with them. Its very risky guys ,so please be off the road while you are drunk as it could be dangerous.

2. Getting Emotional Fool and sharing Secrets:

Most of the people do this activity after drinking :) They share their private emotional feelings to everyone at wrong place at wrong time. Don't ever share your secrets to anyone unless you trust them after drinking.Some of them start crying in front of strangers and strangers take benefit of it giving sympathy and enjoy. And when they came to know what they did, they just regret whatever happened.

3. Become Aggressive:

As per the Science, Alcohol affects brain chemistry by altering levels of neurotransmitters causing decrease in brain electrical activity. In simple words it makes your all activities slower. So there is strong possibility that drunk people could lose control and fight with anyone, and that happens usually. I have seen people fighting like wrestlers after getting drunk. They just feel tremendous amount of power(God knows where its comes from) and beat each other like old enemies. So please guys control your aggression after getting drunk.

4. Calling everyone:

Most of the people have this stupid habit of calling their friends or girlfriend while drinking. They just call everyone and discuss some foolish things or just throw there hidden emotions out. But it may lead to problems in relationship. So please guys keep your cellphones switched off.

5. Driving:

This one is the most important things which people need to take care of. People insist to drive after getting drunk and that leads to an accident. Over 20000 people die every year in drink and drive case.

So if you love your life and if you care for loving ones then please don't drink and drive. Please go out for a long drive after getting out of hangover :)

6. Get a Tattoo and Piercing:

Most of the people do this foolish thing after getting drunk. They do it specially after getting drunk because decreases amount of pain. But guys be careful while doing it as it may lead to infections.

7. Getting Married:

Marriage should be done with all your senses and some people do it after drinking for fun and makes it a nonsense thing. Putting up with each other for rest of your life is not a joke guys, so please be careful.

8. Doing Breakups:

People get amazing guts to tell their girlfriend that we should breakup! Please guys don't do such things because someone truly loves you and suddenly you breakup with her after getting drunk with no senses , it breaks heart too. Please don't play with relationships when you are drunk. 

9. Smoking:

Smoking can cause serious health problems that drinking. Specially while drinking when you smoke it can cause nausea. It affects 30% more than drinking and it affects badly on your body. So please don't smoke while you are drinking.

10. Asking for one more Peg:

Its very beautiful and funny thing. People know that they are not in condition to take anymore alcohol but they keep on asking for one more last peg. So if you get high and you understand its enough for you then stop at that point, and have that last peg next day to remove your hangover :) 

1BHK in Mumbai!!!

        Welcome Folks!!! Thanks for appreciating my last post :) In this post I am going to share my experience of buying flat in Mumbai. Everyone knows that owning a flat in Mumbai is how difficult nowadays. But its a common need of a common man. One gets it very easily and one sacrifices everything to get that one flat.This story is also of a very common man who struggled a lot and sacrificed lot of things to own flat in Mumbai.

        Me and my family were living in Government quarters since 1993, as my father works as government servant. So we didn't have our own house in Mumbai. We were happy in that flat as we were only four , my Mom-Dad, younger brother and me. The scene of buying home came into picture when my marriage got fixed with my love. So we needed at least samll 1BHK or a big 1RK that can be converted to small 1BHK for 5 of us.  And here begins the new chapter of my life ;)                

        So the search was started for a new flat. As you all know buying new flat in Mumbai is too expensive, so I decided to go out of Mumbai i.e. Thane, Kalyan or Navi Mumbai. I found some awesome flats there which matched my budget. But here comes the twist... My Mom started her melodrama like as always. She was not ready to move out of the Mumbai, so refused to come to see those flats in Navi Mumbai. She had lots of emotions and attachments with that colony in Bandra ...with family & friends living there , so she said I want flat nearby Bandra i.e. Western Line in Mumbai. I told her we cant afford new flat nearby Bandra, but she was not listening to anyone. So I decided to buy resale small 1BHK in areas near Bandra.

           I contacted many people , visited many websites and finally I got a call from Malad saying one flat is there for sale and it is under my budget too. Without waiting for anyone I visited the owner and sealed the deal. My family was so happy and most important, my would be wife was feeling proud that I was doing this for her. But again life took another wrong turn. No bank was giving approval of 80% loan on that flat , max loan I was getting was 60% and remaining money was too big and it was out of my budget. So unfortunately I had to skip this plan of buying flat in Malad.

           Same situation happened with me twice after Malad tragedy. I got so frustrated. I had given promise to my would be father in law that , I don't own flat now but I will take your daughter only after buying my own sweet home. So tension was on peak. I was not able concentrate on office work. Situations were like whenever I was shortlisting any flat , it was either out of budget or Banks were not ready to approve loan on that. Everyday was like hell to me and marriage date was getting closer. My brain had stopped working. Daily I was trying to impress God for one single flat. Besides this my would be wife ... she was the only person who was giving me hope everyday, every moment. She had faith in me. She was also doing worships and all , we both searched flats in almost every area in Western Line of Mumbai , but our hands remained empty.

           And one day God finally showered blessings on us, we got one resale flat in Santacruze through some property website. The owner was so cooperative and good human being too. He helped us in home loan process. I submitted proposal for 80% loan in a bank and remaining money I had to pay from my savings ...so here comes another twist guys ;) . My family saved some money for my marriage and some for flat. But money saved for flat was too short. So I managed that through personal loan. Now you will be thinking problem got solved right? No guys , main problem started now only. Bank refused to accept legal papers of the building in which I was buying flat......my heart stopped beating.

           I didn't know what to do... my mind was blank. But coincidentally I met my friend in the same bank where I was trying for home loan . He was loan officer there and helped me a lot in the legal process. But the task was too difficult because I had to manage some high level papers from building society. I spent 2 weeks to gather those papers from building society and I only know how I have done that parallelly with managing my office my relationship and family. And finally that day came when I got home loan cheque on the name of owner, that day my feeling was like winning Cricket World Cup after 50 years. When owner handed over the flat keys to me just 1 month before my marriage .. I literally cried on that day... our hard work got its reward. For me there is no other great feeling than buying a flat. So guys from this experience I realized that. where there's a will ,there's definitely a beautiful way !!!!!

How your Shoes play an important role in your life !!!

       Hi folks, welcome again. In this blog I am going to write on different topic and that is "Shoes"..... yes shoes, because shoes are always with us in daily life but we never thought how shoes play an important role in our life. So I am sharing some of my experiences with my shoes, I hope you all will like it  :)

       When I was seven, me and my Dad were just went to market and suddenly I saw shoes in some shop. I insisted him to buy them for me , but he said these are not good I will buy you better one. But I desperately wanted those shiny shoes which were yellow in color with lots of small golden stars on that. Whenever I went with my dad by that shoe shop I annoyed him and insisted him for those shoes. But one day he bought me those cute pair of shoes and my happiness was at cloud 9. Those shoes were so special for me because the feeling after wearing them was like a Bollywood star!

        Whether it is walking around or working somewhere there are shoes for all situations. They can all be put into different categories for how they look , what type of sole they have , if they have laces , if they are all leather or some other material on them. I categorize shoes as Casuals , Sports and fashion. Their quality differs with different brands.

        If my shoes could talk, they would tell my amazing life story. When I was in school I had cricket shoes which were so close to my heart as they had played lots of good and long innings with on the field. They suffered from lots of dust and mud but kept me on the field with great performances. When I was completing my Engineering , I had casual funky shoes. I remember I worn them on the day when I proposed my wife, and surprisingly she accepted my proposal. Those shoes were always there to witness my love and the funny promises we made to each other. Actually my shoe would tell you how my first proposal eventually led to marriage.

         I was feeling proud when I worn my first formal shoes. They were so shiny and indicating my bright future. It was my dream to wear formal shoe and it came true with brand new Lee Cooper black formal shoe. My Dad again gifted me those with heart touching line, "These shoes will never complain you about the road you are walking on ,they will just give their best to achieve your milestone. So wear them and shine like a star my boy!".

          My shoes have played most important role in my life. They have witnessed all of the best and worst times of my life journey. My shoes could tell you my feelings at each and every moment without speaking. I don't remember my first step but I know my shoes were there to balance me when my parents released my finger and let me take a step towards the independence. So love your shoes because they are walking dead to keep you alive!

Being MUMBAIKAR !!!

         Welcome again folks!!! Thanks for appreciating my last blog. This blog is about our very own MUMBAI City. Everyday we wake up and start our day with this dream city Mumbai, but have you ever thought what are the things that make Mumbai so special? Why Mumbai is dream city for millions of people? Why Mumbai is queen of all cities in the world? I guess no is the answer.

   
          MUMBAI the city that never sleeps! City actually knows how to celebrate life at its peak because even after terrorist attack next Mumbaikar continues his day to day life. Mumbai is glamorous yet honest. When you see thousands of people cheering at Wankhede stadium at one time , its simply awesome. Instead of Cappuccino , having cutting Chai on tapri makes a day. Catching a local train at its peak hours and after lots of pulling and pushing fast walk towards office in 38 degree temperature and finally after reaching office cool breeze of A/C which relaxes the mind and soul, that's the best feeling which Mumbaikar enjoys. Mumbaikar enjoys Ganpati dance than Club dancing. Mumbai can seen best from streets. In rainy season people mostly look for Bhajiya Pakoda rather than having tea in hotel. Every day in Mumbai is festival day. I cant live without my Mumbai!
